Halo 4: Web Series?
Rumors of a Halo movie have been swirling around since I began playing the game years ago. My hopes of seeing a live action Master Chief were crushed repeatedly as each rumor was derailed. However, it’s been announced that a live action web series of Halo 4 will be coming some time in the fall. This is super exciting news for me being that I’m a HUGE Halo fan.
Why did Microsoft wait so long? Simple! This is merely an attempt to stir up excitement for their new game, and probably add to the already large Halo fan base. A really good attempt, that will most likely work. The web series itself will be called Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn and is meant to ‘prepare’ us for Halo 4 and make us feel more comfortable with the game’s atmosphere before even having it in our consoles. There will be five fifteen minute episodes of pure hotness. (I assume) The plot of the web series will supposedly tie in with the actual game, and this web series will be available to watch on Halo Waypoint and Machinima.
The series itself had better live up to Halo fans expectations, otherwise Microsoft and 343 might be in hot water! What do you think of a live action web series of Halo 4? Let us know in the comments below!
